My fiance loves spicy food.. so I have a few recipes for that.. I love mexican food... and i wanted a spot to put down my mexican lasagna!!!

Spicey/Mexican food Empty Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients

Lasagna Noodles
2 lbs beef
2 pkgs Taco Seasoning
2 cans re fried beans
16 oz sour cream
16 oz shredded cheese


Boil Water and cook lasagna as directed on box
in a pan brown beef
dreain and add taco seasoning to beef
IN a large bowl mix re fried beans and sour cream
add cooked meat
add mixture to bottom of the pan sprinkle cheese then add noodles till mixture is gone.. add cheese to top layer
bake at 350* fore 35 minutes add fav. taco ingrediants, lettuce tomato, jalapenos, ect....

Great idea!! The recipe sounds wonderful!! Maby we should have a theme ... Mexican food ~ Italian food~ Cookies and cakes ~ Junk food~ Greek Food ~ Well you know where I am going with this right? Suspect

It is really good!! and I think thats a great idea.. but i would wait till you have a recipe for that catagory.. dont want a bunch of empty spots cluttering us up!
