Good day???

Maby.. because dave and I may have made a decision NOT to have a garden this year. Pffttt we can buy what we want and be so darn'd happy!!!!!

I canned 3 1/2 loads of Salsa I think it came to 26 pints !! Whew!! I am whipped!! My kitchen is a mess and I am just to tired to clean it. I realized at 8:20 I hadn't ate anything all day. Whew!! So I tried some of my eggplant and the cheeze but the eggplant had tp much salt .. blek!! but the cheese was great!!

I canned more Salsa and some Tomato chunks, Then I made some Salsa Verde It is just green salsa , I forgot to put the Cumin and White pepper in it tho...I put a not on top of each can to add to it lol .. I was just to tired to figure out why it was so darned bland!! Lol Ohh well it will get ate...
