what makes this dog ITCH?!?!?

My dog is a lab mix, and she doesnt have fleas i have given her a flea bath and she has the monthly stuff on her.. and i have found no fleas. she just itches like crazy tho.. i wonder if i should try an oatmeal bath with her. maybe that will help? I have oatmeal bath shampoo for her..

You can try giving her benedryl , it may just be an allergy.... I haven't noticed her itching hmmm must be she for gets when I am there lol....If you give her a bath in oatmeal that may relieve some of the itching, but try putting a few drops of the "tea tree oil" It may be soothing and keeps fleas away in case there are any around ...

No it will not knock her out .. Meds go thru animals faster than humans , there for it does not effect them as much ... it doesn't have time to take effect so she can have 2 benedryl and it may help her itch but will not effect her sleeping or knocking her out ...
